Return & Replacement Policy
At LitBox, every sign is custom-made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. If your LitBox arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly due to an issue on our end, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund after review.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Please include clear photos and/or video documentation of:
- The damaged product
- The packaging
- Any visible shipping damage
- The issue with the sign functioning (if applicable)

Important Notes
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidental drops, water exposure, or modifications made after delivery will not qualify for replacement or refund.
- Minor imperfections or slight color variations may occur due to the handmade and custom production process.
- We reserve the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient documentation.
