Custom Products
All LitBox products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer.
Because of the custom nature of our products:
- All sales are final
- We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all custom text, spelling, uploaded artwork, and design selections before placing an order
LitBox is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors, incorrect information, or low-quality uploaded images/files.
Product Appearance
We strive to accurately display our products, colors, lighting effects, and materials as clearly as possible. However:
- Colors and brightness may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography lighting, and production materials
- Minor imperfections may occur due to the handmade and custom manufacturing process
These variations do not qualify as defects.
Shipping & Delivery
Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
LitBox is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
- Carrier-related delivery issues outside of our control
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate before checkout.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective due to an issue caused by LitBox, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process a claim, customers must provide:
- Clear photos and/or video of the product
- Photos of packaging and shipping damage
- Order information
Claims without sufficient documentation may be denied.
Damage caused after delivery, misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including logos, branding, graphics, designs, photos, videos, product concepts, and text - is the property of LitBox and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any uploaded images, logos, or artwork submitted for custom products.
LitBox reserves the right to refuse any order containing copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, hateful, or inappropriate material.
Limitation of Liability
LitBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
