Every LitBox is custom-made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. Because of this, please allow time for production before your order ships.


Processing & Production Times

Most orders are processed and produced within:

5–14 business days

Production times may vary depending on:

  • Order volume
  • Product complexity
  • Customization requests
  • Holiday seasons
  • Limited edition drops

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

  • United States: 2–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Custom Orders

Because all LitBox products are personalized and made-to-order:

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all custom names, text, colors, and uploaded artwork are correct before checkout

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

LitBox is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first.

However, if you need assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

LitBox is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email:

  • Photos and/or video of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number
