The 30" x 12" signs take about 4 business days to produce before they ship. The 45" x 18" signs take 5-6 days to produce before they ship.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping typically takes 3-5 days. If you are located in California it is usually closer to 2-3 days. If you need fast delivery send us an email at litboxcustom@gmail.com so we can provide you other options. If you live close to Sacramento, local pick up is also available for free.
CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM SIGN FOR ANY SPORTS TEAM?

CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY SIGN IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Because the products we create are custom built and manufactured, we are unable to offer refunds once production has started. If you contact us immediately there may be a chance to cancel your order before we start production. If you would like to try to cancel you order please email litboxcustom@gmail.com immediately so we can discuss options.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE RETURNS?
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer returns once the order has been placed and is in production. However, if your sign has faulty parts or quality issues we will replace the parts or consider a refund on a case by case basis. Damage due to shipping will need be handled by the customer with the shipping carrier unless damage is due to error on our part.
